The nightly rental rate for the Appalachian is $125 per night plus tax (13.25% state & local) for up to 4 people.
Stay 7 consecutive nights and the 7th night is free except during October.
There is a two night minimum stay with the exception of holidays and peak periods when the required stay is longer. Please call or email for reduced winter rates. Non-smoking, no pets please!
