Mountain Dreams rents for $100 per night plus tax for up to four people.  The tax rate is 13.25%.  Departure cleaning is included.  Stay 6 consecutive nights and the 7th night is free (except during October).  Please call for reduced winter rates.
 

Check-in time is 3:00 or later eastern time.  Check-out time is 10:00 am eastern time.  Sorry... no late departures. 

A deposit is required to reserve.  A full refund of deposit less a $10 cancellation fee is given if cancelled at least 14 days before arrival.  No refunds given due to inclement weather, mechanical failures, sickness, etc. 

No smoking/no pets allowed.  No parties or loud behavior... offenders will be asked to leave and will forfeit all rental money.
